We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within Europe and 10–14 business days internationally.

Express Shipping

Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional €15. Express shipping is available for all EU countries and select international destinations.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How to Return

Email sarayut.por@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.

General Care

To maintain the quality and longevity of your MAISON LUXE garments, please follow these care guidelines carefully.

Washing

• Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle at 30°C maximum
• Use a mild detergent designed for delicate fabrics
• Wash dark and light colours separately
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals

Drying

• Lay flat to dry to preserve garment shape
• Avoid direct sunlight which may cause fading
• Do not tumble dry unless stated on the care label

Ironing

• Iron on low to medium heat (silk setting)
• Use a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics
• Always iron on the reverse side

Storage

• Store on padded hangers to maintain shape
• Use garment bags for long-term storage
• Avoid hanging knitted garments — fold instead
